Where does patient feedback come from?

Patient Fusion provider ratings provide a unique opportunity for patients to review their health care experience. These ratings are invaluable for evaluating quality of care and patient service, as well as empowering patients in making informed choices when selecting a doctor. 

Ratings on Patient Fusion are:

Accurate - Unlike other review sites, such as Yelp and ZocDoc, Patient Fusion is the only site that provides verified reviews written by confirmed patients of the provider. This means you’ll read real reviews from real patients - no bogus reviews or spam. 

HIPAA Compliant and Anonymous - No personal information or health conditions are ever included in the survey unless you choose to share it. Your review is submitted anonymously, unless you prefer to share your first name.

Always Optional - As a patient, surveys are optional for you. After a visit with your provider you can ignore the survey request or opt-out of receiving survey requests entirely. 

Free - As always, we are providing this service entirely for free, forever.

Where do provider ratings on Patient Fusion come from?
After a visit with a provider, patients are sent a post-visit survey if they have an email address in their charts. The responses are displayed as feedback on the provider’s online booking profile (see a demo booking page here).

Patients will receive a maximum of one survey every 60 days (per provider seen) and are able to unsubscribe from these emails. You can see an example survey here.
